The prices are per person and per day, exclusive visitor's tax, inclusive 10% turnover tax.
Single supplement: € 8,- per day
10% short-term-surcharge at a stay under 4 nights.

Apartments:
The prices are per person and per day, exclusive visitor's tax, inclusive 10% turnover tax.
The 5. person in a 4-person-apartment gets 10% discount.
On request fresh delivered rolls are possible.
Breakfast on request: € 17,- per person
Final cleaning: € 22, - per person
A deposit of € 150,- is required upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded at your departure if you left behind the apartment in correct and undamaged condition.

Visitor's tax:
All year round € 3,50 which from 1.11.2023 is € 4,00 per person and day, except children under 14 years of age.

Wellness:
The wellness area has opened only in the winter season.

Deposit:
We ask for a deposit of 30% per room.

Reduction for children:
0-1 years 100%
2-5 years 50%
6-14 years 30%

We point to the Austrian hotel contract conditions .

Travel insurance:
Prior to the start of your holiday we recommend to take out a travel insurance (European Travel Insurance).
